These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC provides professional tree care services in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and surrounding parishes, including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and emergency tree removal
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding and removal
• Storm damage cleanup
• Land clearing
• Tree health assessments and consultations
• Commercial tree care services

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions encountered during service
• Changes in scope requested by the customer
• Discovery of hazardous conditions not visible during initial assessment
• Equipment access requirements

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Check (payable to Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC)
• Major credit and debit cards
• Electronic payment methods as agreed

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and trees requiring service
• Ensure clear access to the work area prior to scheduled service
• Remove vehicles, equipment, or personal property from the work zone
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or known hazards
• Secure pets and ensure children remain away from the work area during service
• Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals prior to service

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. Our cancellation policy:

• 48+ hours notice: No charge. We will reschedule at no cost.
• 24–48 hours notice: No charge for first cancellation. Repeat cancellations may incur a scheduling fee.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover crew mobilization costs.
• Emergency services: Emergency calls are non-cancellable once a crew has been dispatched.

6. Liability and Insurance

Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of Louisiana. We carry:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance for all crew members

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage not caused by our work
• Damage to underground utilities not disclosed prior to service
• Damage resulting from customer-directed work against our professional recommendation
• Natural settling of soil or grass damage from equipment access

7. Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service performed, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover natural tree health outcomes, weather events, or conditions beyond our control.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Not use automated tools to scrape or copy website content without permission
• Not submit false or misleading information through any forms

All website content, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Ferguson's Tree Care, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
